I didn't know what smoothie bowls were until this year and I love them! They're so easy to make, incredibly yummy, super healthy, and beautiful! Here are some really awesome recipes to try out!


Peach Pie Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches, pit removed
1/2 cup of almond milk
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 banana frozen
1 small container of non dairy yogurt, preferably vanilla or unflavored (about 6-8 ounces)
1/4 cup of your favorite granola
Optional- 1 scoop of protein powder
Optional for topping- teaspoon of hemp seeds, additional granola, peach slices, almond slivers, chia seeds, dash of cinnamon

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate almond milk
1 cup ice
1/2 cup cup plain greek yogurt (I like 2% to 4% best)
3 frozen bananas
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Toppings-
Cacao nibs
Chia seeds
Flaked, unsweetened coconut
Hemp seeds
Sliced almonds
Sliced banana
Creamy peanut butter
Cocoa powder sprinkles!

Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
½ Cup of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (I used Natalie's OJ Orange Mango)
½ Cup of Frozen Mango
1 Cup of Frozen Raspberries
Optional- add scoop of vanilla protein powder
